By using or signing up for the Welo-Resto platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Welo-Resto is a cloud restaurant management platform including point of sale, kitchen display, waiter app, online ordering, inventory, and reporting, provided on a subscription basis.
Plans include a 15-day free trial. A paid subscription is required to continue after the trial ends. Prices are set in Omani Rial per the selected plan (monthly or yearly) and are paid in advance.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your data, the confidentiality of your account and staff login credentials, and for using the service in compliance with the laws applicable in the Sultanate of Oman, including tax and invoicing requirements.
You may not use the service for any illegal activity, attempt unauthorized access to systems, or misuse the platform in ways that harm other subscribers. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Your restaurant's data is entirely yours. We keep backups solely to operate the service, and you may request an export of your data when ending your subscription.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service due to maintenance or circumstances beyond our control. The POS works offline and syncs automatically when connectivity returns.
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profits resulting from use of the service.
You may cancel your subscription at any time; the service remains active until the end of the paid period. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, with prior notice whenever possible.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and any disputes are resolved by the competent courts of the Sultanate.
